THIS ISSUE RECIPE;

PINEAPPLE CHICKEN BREAST

This is a simple healthy summer dish for one or several.

I to 4 Boneless chicken breasts (depending on number cooking for)

Lawry 's Hawaiian marinade.

1 can sliced pineapple

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

Thaw chicken breast's, cover -with seasoning to taste in plate or bowl. Cover with marinade and let set 2 to 3 hours turning occasionally.

Fire up the grill, place breast's on medium heat grill, pineapple side up, 5 to 7 minutes. Turn with chicken with pineapple on bottom side, (use long's and a spatula to turn easy). Grill on other side until done, when pineapple is seared, another 4 to 5 minutes, Depending on size of chicken, serve with your favorite side. If chicken breasts are larger add a second pineapple slice or half depending on size.

Great main course and very GOOD.

GARDEN TIP: Bug Hunt

How about those Japanese Beetles,

I started a new method this year that seems to be working. Seven Dust (powder or

Liquid) works great but only sends the little critters to another plant and dissolves when it rains.

When I spot a cluster of the beetles, I take a coffee can with a lid, and can easily scrape the entire swarm of insects into the can (even if it means including the entire bloom) the can, which has been pretreated with Seven dust, will take care of the life cycle of these plant eating machines. While dusting repels them, catching them eliminates them from moving to another plant, destroying it, and reproducing. Then, after capturing them into my 7 dust grave, I will dust the plant with my trusty dusting tool, a used garlic powder jar filled with 7 dust. Easy and handy. SAVE THE PLANTS!
